Facilitate "carding" or payment fraud of any kind
Engage in unauthorized account takeovers (ATO)
Access services to steal intellectual property or sensitive user data

The use of MeshPrivacy solutions for Forter, Castle, and ThreatMetrix is strictly limited to:
Any use of these tools for purchasing goods or services without express merchant authorization is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Scaling & Infrastructure
Rate limits and DDoS prevention
You agree not to use the Service to launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. While we support high-volume automation, traffic that is malicious in intent or volume (aimed at disrupting service availability) is prohibited.
Compliance Cooperation
Law enforcement collaboration
MeshPrivacy cooperates with legitimate law enforcement requests.
If we detect activity that violates this AUP—specifically financial fraud or credential theft—we reserve the right to suspend your account and retain logs for legal review.
